These terms govern the use of strongway.ge and our freight forwarding services. By using the website or placing an order you accept the conditions below.

1. Definitions
- Company — Strong Way Logistics LLC, company ID 405844742.
- Client — the individual or legal entity ordering the services.
- Cargo — the goods handed over for transportation.
- Services — freight forwarding: receiving, consolidation, transportation, storage, terminal and customs services, and delivery.
2. Placing an order
- Orders are placed in writing or electronically (website, email, WhatsApp, portal).
- The Client must provide accurate information about the cargo: description, quantity, weight, volume, value and accompanying documents.
- Prices are set individually and confirmed by an order confirmation or invoice. Rates shown on the website are indicative and do not constitute a public offer.
3. Payment
- Invoices are payable within 2 working days of issue, unless another term is agreed in writing.
- Transportation invoices are issued in US dollars; terminal and customs service invoices are issued in Georgian lari.
- If payment is overdue, the Company may withhold release of the cargo until the debt is settled in full.
- Storage is free for the agreed period; beyond that period storage charges apply.
4. The Client's obligations
- Provide truthful information and complete documentation. The Client is liable for penalties and delays caused by incorrect data.
- Ensure the cargo is not prohibited or restricted under the laws of Georgia or of any transit country.
- Notify us in writing in advance of dangerous, perishable, temperature-controlled or high-value cargo.
- Pay for the services on time.
5. Prohibited cargo
We do not accept: narcotics, weapons and ammunition, explosive or radioactive substances, cash and securities, human organs, counterfeit goods, or any goods whose carriage is prohibited by law. If such cargo is found, the Company will stop the shipment and notify the competent authorities.
6. Transit times and liability
- Delivery times are indicative and depend on carriers, customs procedures and weather.
- The Company is not liable for delay or damage caused by force majeure (natural disaster, war, strike, border closure, decisions of state authorities).
- Liability does not extend to the inherent nature of the cargo, inadequate packing, or the consequences of incorrect information supplied by the Client.
- Our liability is limited to the caps set by the applicable international conventions and the contract, and does not cover indirect loss or loss of profit.
7. Claims
Claims for damage or shortage must be submitted in writing within 3 working days of receiving the cargo, together with supporting documents. After that period the cargo is deemed accepted without claim.
8. Cargo tracking
Shipment status can be followed on the website and in the portal using the tracking code. Status information is indicative and may be updated with a delay.
9. Intellectual property
The website design, logo, texts and graphics are the property of the Company. Their use without written permission is prohibited.
10. Governing law
These relations are governed by the law of Georgia. Disputes that cannot be settled by negotiation shall be heard by the courts of Georgia.
