Customs clearance and terminal services

Once the cargo arrives we can handle the customs procedures — or you can arrange them yourself if you already have a broker. Both options are open.

What it covers

  • receiving the cargo at the terminal and temporary storage;
  • preparing and checking the documents needed for the customs declaration;
  • carrying out the customs procedures;
  • releasing the cargo or delivering it to the address you give us.

Documents you will need

A supplier invoice, a packing list, and a contract or order confirmation. Depending on the type of goods a certificate or permit may also be required — we will tell you in advance.

Need a quote?

Send us the cargo details — weight, volume and where it ships from — and we will give you an exact price.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to clear customs through you? +

No. It is a separate service and entirely your choice. If you have your own broker we simply hand the cargo over.

What does customs service cost? +

It depends on the type and volume of the cargo. It is invoiced separately, in Georgian lari, independently of the freight invoice.

Who pays the customs duty? +

Duty and VAT are paid by the consignee. Our service fee is calculated separately and does not include those taxes.
